The rules are the same as for all our writing competitions . A one-shot scenario that runs for approximately three hours, balanced for 4-6 players. For Halloween, as always, the theme is horror.
We are however experimenting with relaxing one rule. This time it doesn't have to be D&D 5e. But it should be easily understood by DMs that run 5e. Remember it is not just you running this, but over a dozen other club DMs who may not be familiar or comfortable will other systems.
